We cannot be held responsible if you report a missing/damaged parcel after 7 days.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.
If you request a refund of the original price, this will be issued back to your original payment method (excluding postage cost)
Returns must be in their original packaging, unworn with all tags attached.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days from the time of receiving your item(s)

For returns, please fill out the enclosed returns form, pack your item(s) in the original packaging and include the form within this parcel.
In the case of an exchange, the item will be sent to you free of charge. If you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
